I had all the lasers/Virbank gyms I needed for a deck, but no Darkrai, no Landorus, no big EXes. So with the cards I did have I made a deck and surprisingly had success.
Here's the list
14 pokemon
1 Carnivine (Dark Explorers)
4-4 Roserade (1 ability 3 crosswise whip)
1 Virizion (noble victories double draw)
2 Bouffalant (Gold breaker)
2 Emolga (call for family)
Trainers 36
4 lasers
3 virbank
1 comp search
2 energy switch
3 switch
4 catcher
3 level ball
2 ultra ball
1 tool scrapper
1 super rod
1 colress
1 cheren
4 n
4 juniper
2 skyla
10 energy
6 grass
4 DCE
And you know what? It's not half bad. The "bad" Roserade has a 30 x 4 coin flip attack that only costs one grass energy, enough to KO Keldeo if you get 3 heads. The second attack does 60 plus poison for GCC, not the greatest attack, but Virbank Gym makes it much better. Even roselia has an attack that heals 3 damage counters and removes special conditions, the perfect counter for an opponents lasers.
Carnivine is there for lure poison, a catcher like attack that poisons the new active. Pretty good on it's own, but Virbank makes it so much more annoying.
Bouffalant works really well with lasers. If you catcher out an EX and gold breaker after hitting them with Virbank/laser, and they can't retreat, their active dies at the end of their turn. It's actually a lot easier to achieve than it sounds.
Emolga is there as the ideal starter and works well with energy switch after you set up.
Virizion is there just because I got it in my TCGO rewards. I didn't want it to go to waste and it IS a pretty good card.
And while probably not a tier one two or even 3 deck, it does well. I think lasers/Virbanks makes it possible for rogue decks like these to have a chance. Anything that poisons can become a monster with Virbank out. And the poison lasers can improve any deck.
It may be a broken combo, but at least any deck can benefit from it.
