Nope on that one. BEBEs comes in like every deck known to man however. Lol printing rare candy just doesnt seem like a thing they would do, as they have RC in POP8, as they did Roseanne

No deck comes with Cyrus's Conspiracy. The one you might be thinking about is the terrible Cyrus's Initiative.

Yes. The only new cards that aren't legal for modified are the world champion cards. If they were modified legal, they would have to charge hundreds of dollars for the decks so they didn't flood the market with really cheap cards.

No deck comes with Cyrus's Conspiracy. The one you might be thinking about is the terrible Cyrus's Initiative.
