are you allowed to evolve on your first turn using rare candy? My friend says u can but I have no idea.

If you go second because anything other than "POkemon/Energys" cannot be played on the first turn of the game.
Thanx, but I thought the rule was that you can't play supporters on the first's players turn.
If you go second you can...
First can attach and play pokemon down
second can play trainers etc. and attach and play pokemon down
and They both can attack

ok if you go 1st start you can attack and attach if you go 2nd then you can do everything as if it was your 8th turn
