This may become among one of the rarest Pokemon cards ever released!
A limited-edition Mew ex promo with new artwork will release in China to celebrate their 151 set. However, only 1,510 copies will be given away through lotteries.
To qualify, fans in China will need to complete 15 activities at a minimum of three tournament venues by December 15th, 2025, including Gym Battles and City Tournaments. They can register for these activities through the “Pokemon Card Member” WeChat applet.
From March through December, 151 winners will be selected on the 15th of each month to receive the card. (All of the numbers and dates for this promotion relate to “151,” Mew’s Pokedex number.)
China has been getting several exclusive cards over the last year that haven’t released anywhere else in the world. This may also be the case...

What's the best site for finding these exclusives, when they go on sale? Like...what's the Chinese equivalent of eBay or TCGPlayer? :p
 
don't think the promo pack contains those art rares, since the pull rate tables that were released for these packs don't contain any AR.
 
I saw this card and was like “that would be cute for my mew collection.” Then I saw they were going to be extremely limited printing and my hopes were immediately crushed.
This is a card I’ll probably never get my hands on. Oh well.

If you see it on sale buy it instantly maybe it could be ok price at that moment but if you wait for some years price may be insane crazy
 
The card is going to be hundreds if not thousands of dollars out of the gate. It's a player prize in a large country featuring a very popular Pokemon with a hard, very low limit of copies being made.

The players in China have to actually earn this card first, and then be willing to sell it, and we're also currently living in a hell where scalpers jump on anything they can and a card like Prismatic Evolutions Umbreon is $1600.

Don't bother worrying about finding this Mew, it's not realistic

I don’t know about best site, but I’ve been able to get reasonably priced Chinese cards on eBay. Love for example the rainbow rare Blastoise and Venusaur that were never released elsewhere.

Edit: I should add that my eBay experience here was before the latest scalper push. Don’t know how Chinese cards are on eBay now.

Prices for the set in general are already pretty expensive. Plus if you are looking for the pikachu art cards, listings are expensive as well. I feel like the days of weird promotional cards not being known is over.

Sad that such a cool new card is so limited. I dislike having cards be so limited. But if they were to do this in other countries with special cards it would be kind of a cool rarity to try and collect.
 
best we can hope for is this somehow being turned into a 30th anniversary promo sometime next year. worst we can fear (and far more likely) is a new account with no feedback and 0 sales listing this on ebay for presale for $10,000..... and someone actually buying it.

I’d say that this is only a bump and it willl get better. The horrizion is bright
 
You don’t need to have every card to enjoy the hobby. Just because also those fake YouTubers get so much stuff for free to complete a set in day, doesn’t mean a regular person needs to. Set yourself realistic goals.
 
I didn't care too much about the Pikachus; there's already like 100 Japanese Pikachu promos I don't have - but I really like how this Mew looks and hope it will become a promo in some product in English too. The next UPC(s) could be a good product for that, if they continue to feature 3 FA/SIR/Gold cards. Might not happen, but we even had those two Shrouded Fable collections include 2 very nice SIR promos last year, so it's not impossible.
