Strategy:
Accelerate with Manaphy, Get 2 P Kyogre's, (Rush in if needed) and lysandre for the 4 prize win. Suicune is for stalling or winning a game with only Ex's and Kuyrem is for Ko'ing Safeguards.

I have some trouble functioning it, but I know it is a great deck-list. Opinions anyone ? :/

Check out Pb's Kyogre deck list, that will give you some tips. If you insist on using Victini-EX, run Victory Piece ditch the fire/dce. With VP attached you do 200 damage to virgen and 100 damage to Leafeon. Add more Skyla; it is one of the most important cards in this deck.

Wow... First of all, I only count 54 cards listed - nice problem to have.

I personally am not a fan of Victini EX given its "low" HP. Have you ever considered Charizard EX (Stoke) as a possible alternative?

For the remaining 6 slots, I'd suggest:

+2 Manaphy (for total of 4: 2 PLS and 2 PRC) - at this point, do you really need Jirachi EX (another "low", 2 prize target)...
-1 Jirachi EX
+1 Computer Search or Dowsing Machine or Scrample Switch
+1 Kyurem - more Weakness diversity and a solid attacker
+1 Rough Seas - to help "tank" your P Kyogre even more
+1 Skyla
+1 Float Stone - for Keldeo EX

Yup I updated the decklist ... it seems that I had forgotten some cards xD

Victory piece is your ace spec, i can suggest add 1 more rough seas, 2 skyla, 1 manaphy, 2 float stone and 1 tool retriever so you can cut 1 spirit link and reutilize them or detach those annoying head ringers or jamming net

Hmmm I believe that this deck could be perfect with the retriever... I can use Muscle band which means that P Kyogre could be a threat... It's the missing piece to the puzzle!!! ^.^ thanks
