All right, so, in the previous format I had a Haxorus/Eelektrik deck, and I thought that since I lost a lot of things to accelerate it with HGSS, that I'd give this a try:

POKEMON (12)

Emolga (DR45) x1
Tynamo (NV38) x3
Eelektrik (NV40) x3
Zekrom (BW47) x2
Rayquaza EX (DR55) x3

T/ST/SU (34)

Pokemon Catcher x1
Pluspower x2
Ultra Ball x2
Random Receiver x2
Switch x2
Level Ball x3
Pokemon Communication x4
Super Rod x2
Great Ball x1 (I didn't know what else to put here haha)

Skyarrow Bridge x3

Cheren x4
Bianca x3
Professor Juniper x4

ENERGY (15)

8 {L}
4 {R}
3 Prism Energy

STRATEGY: Basically get Rayquaza attacking ASAP. Eelektrik's there to do what Eelektriks do, and Zekrom's around basically to make sure that not every attacker you have has your opponent take two prizes when Knocked Out. Emolga's around for Call for Family. :3

I'm not sure if in this case that Blend Energy or Prism would be better...I honestly don't think it matters (But please correct me if I'm wrong XP)

I know I only have one Catcher in here but I only have one Catcher, so please bear with me -- (Does anyone know if Gust of Wind can count as a Catcher? I'd switch that out with the Great Ball in a HEARTBEAT if it does).

Any suggestions? :3 They're greatly appreciated!

Sorry, you can't use Gust of Wind (I know your pain; I have s playset of those.) because they have different names and therefore aren't the same card.

Hi there! I am using a variant of the Eels deck only using Raikou EX instead of Rayquaza EX. I have a couple of suggestions on what you should remove.

Having that many Pokeballs and only 1 Emolga really makes that single Emolga a VERY situational card so I would look at taking out a couple of those Pokeballs for a couple more Emolga. On the other hand running 3/2 of both Level and Ultra Ball is going to hurt the chances of you getting the card you need, instead of a Pokeball you can't or shouldn't use. I would look at taking out 1 Level Ball (3 Pokeballs is really enough to balance the odds.) I might also suggest that you have one too many energies in this deck. I do agree with your choice of Prism Energy to a degree but I would also try changing them to fire and removing 1 for another Emolga. This decks strength being the ability to attach from the discard pile in turn also makes those Prism Energies that much more obsolete. In all honesty Rayquaza EX isn't the best attacker you can pair with Eels out of all the choices but I do like him very much too.

My suggestion is this:

Fire Energy > Prism Energy
- 1 Prism/Fire Energy
- 1 Level Ball

+ 2 Emolga

On a side note, I would also suggest:

- 1 Skyarrow Bridge (2 is really enough when paired with 2 switches ((I run this in my deck))
- 4 Pokemon Communication (These aren't as helpful as they would seem and you need space for Cathchers)
- 2 Plus Power

+4 Pokemon Catcher
+3 Tool Scrapper (Last note: As previously stated this decks strength is Eelektrik's ability meaning a Garbodor disruption deck will eat this deck alive if Tool Scrapper is not employed. Although this option is entirely up to your discernment. I doubt the number of Disruption decks in tournament play will outnumber top tier decks in the current rotation. Still, there will be some and you had best be prepared for them.)

Hope this helped! Good luck!

A lot of the search cards you're using aren't really necessary. You don't really have enough Pokemon to make Communication and Great Ball work. More Ultra Ball would be good, and more Emolga as well, to make it a more likely starter. N would is great in this deck as well, you could try taking out the Cheren's for them.

Also, to me, Zekrom seems kinda pointless without Eviolite, it's just too fragile. There are plenty of better attackers to use in the deck that serve better purposes. Raikou EX and Registeel EX are 2 of my favorites. Raikou can attack around a heavy retreater and take out the big threats on the bench, while Registeel can take out the small threats. I prefer Raikou, since you're already running Skyarrow. Here are the changes I'd make.

-4 Communication
-1 Great Ball
-4 Cheren
-2 Zekrom
-1 Skyarrow (2 Is plenty)

+4 N
+2 Emolga
+1 Ultra Ball
+1 Switch (I run 3 and I think even that isn't enough)
+1 Pluspower (2 will go by fast, and they won't be there when you need them in the late game)
+2 Other attackers (I'd try 2 Raikou, since if you need too, you can keep retreating to another on the bench and consistently use Volt Bolt)

I'd also recommend 4 Catchers, if you can get them. If you're just playing at leagues and with friends and such, go ahead and use Gust of Wind, no one really cares. Here's what I'd take out for 3 more:

-3 Pluspower (Really couldn't think of anything better, you're going to stick with 2, take out an Emolga I guess)
+3 Catchers/Gust of Wind

Hope I could help you out, good luck at Battle Roads (If you're going).
