I went to a prerelease yesterday and got Terrakion EX and Rayquaza EX, I really like Rayquaza EX so I wanted to put him in a deck and if you guys can help me that would be gladly appreciated.

i suggest running 2 Zekrom EX, 1 raikou ex, 1 mewtwo EX, and one Tornadus EX. ive tested it out and it works well.
anyways, nice deck:D

the {DRG} are coming **tune of bed intruder plays**
 
Your consistency and search are way to low. And I don't think you should have DCE attackers and Fire Energy attackers.

-2 Tornadus EX (You should be able to handle Fighting types)
-2 Emolga (With more search. It's easier to get the turn 1 CFF)
-1 Bouffalant (I think he's overrated)
-4 DCE
-1 Zekrom (Even though I love Zekrom. I don't think there's much use for it)
-2 Random Receiver

+4 Ultra Ball
+3 N
+3 Bianca
+2 Rayquaza EX (I don't see the point of just 1. You can't really use just 1 as an attacker consistently)

I also highly recommend the regular Rayquaza. But since he's like $80. I understand if you don't want to have to get a hold of one.

I dont have raikou or another zekrom EX but ill try this out with proxys. Thanks for the idea

I dont know if you know this but you can only have 4 of each card in a deck, so I cant have 7 N, anyway thanks for the idea.

Since you told me to add 3 N and I already had 4 what else do u think i could put in those 3 spaces

Maybe more to your 1-off Items, and even more consistency. This is what I'd try:

+1 Random Receiver or Bianca
+1 Switch
+1 Tool Scrapper
