Rayquaza ex's translations in Japanese:

Poke-Body: Rage Aura
If you have more prize cards left than your opponent, the Energy Cost of Rayquaza ex's
Point Short and Sky Claw is reduced by 1 [C].

Source: http://www.pokebeach.com/sets/jpnsets/furthestends.txt

In English:

Poke-Body: Rage Aura
If you have more prize cards than your opponent, ignore all (C) energy necessary to use Rayquaza ex's Special Circuit and Sky-high Claws attacks.

Now look carefully between those two. See a difference???

Need an answer? Well, in Japanese "reduced by 1 (C)" but in English "ignore all (C) energy". It is certainly a misprint!!!!! Can anybody tell me the reason why it is not the same in English??? My friend has one and I was fighting with him with this "MISPRINT". I need help now!!!

ummmm...... the Rayquaza ex that ive got, says to ignore all C energy. You may have discovered a new errata OR the japanease translation is wrong.

if you are using the japanese Rayquaza ex d, then follow what the card says.....
if you are using the english version, then play according to what the card says....

Since, the is no errata on that card announced, then follow the text on the card. Besides, there is possibility that it is translated wrongly. We won't know since we don't know how to read japanese.

Maybe there was a mistake on the pokebeach translation because I don't see the #1 printed on the poke-body text in the Japanese version but there is #1 on the charizard* (Implying the one * rule) and a #2 on the text for the attack of latias Ex (Implying the discard two fire) that's just my thought's after looking at my card's.

I think we should follow the Americans, but I hope Rayquaza ex delta to be like the Slowking from Neo Genesis or something!!(Slowking was misprinted, and had to make it illegal to use it)
