Should be a familiar concept, take Lurantis/Solgaleo and drop the bug for a one-prize attacker with colorless cost. Nothing too different, I'm trying out Fury Belts to make Ray 160, and thus stick around for multiple Turbo Storms. If your area is full of bulky stuff then swap them for Choice Bands and guarantee Solgaleo's kills. I'll also probably drop the Trainer's Mails what with that new Garbodor, but hey, they're great in a vacuum.

Let me know what you guys think!

I probably wouldn't run Silent lab, honestly. Yes, it stops Volcanion from doing massive damage, but your main attackers are already weak to fire, and Volcanion EX OHKOs without Steam Up. I'd honestly run more Parallel City or even scratch all of them and go for Altar of the Sunne to get rid of the fire weakness altogether. I would run 2/1 split of Altar of the Sunne and Parallel City, since it makes the Volcanion matchup MUCH more favorable for you without shutting down your own Tapu Lele or Shaymin.

I really don't think Altar of the Sunne is going to do anything for this deck. Most decks are probably going to be running Field Blower and Volcanion is either going to be running 4x sky field or 4x scorched earth, either of which are going to replace your Altar of the Sunne and give you your weakness right back.

I almost feeling like you should try Wob in this deck so that you have a better chance of being able to set up your Solgaleo GX with rare candy, especially since you are only running one Cosmoem.

I actually think you should dump the DCE for this deck. I get that you need it to get baby ray going to start the energy draw, but you also need to get the energy into your discard to use baby ray and realistically you aren't looking to accelerate the energy until T2 anyway (you may even consider Drampa as an alternate attacker to go with ray in order to start the energy acceleration without relying on the discard pile to get it).

I play M Manectric + Solgaleo in expanded (not exactly the same, but close enough) and the number of times I have started accelerating energy via Manectric vs the number of times I have swapped Solgaleo up top, GX attached 5 energy (including 2 to M Manectric) are very limited. Without any hard stats, I would estimate that 65% of the time Solgaleo is up and running T2 slapping down energy. Realistically, you are only getting one set up most games even with my list which is running a 4 cosmog / 2 cosmoem / 3 solgaleo / 4 candy line. Also realistically, you absolutely NEED to get 2 cosmog down by the end of T1 because everyone knows you are gunning for a T2 solgaleo and target it.

Unlike others, I don't actually hate the idea of Silent Lab in this deck. A T1 Lab can be absolutely crippling against a lot of the meta. There is a better than average change it doesn't stick, but even if you only get one turn out of it, that is enough to get you ahead far enough to secure the win.

This is what I would run:

Mons - 16
3 x Rayquaza GUR
1 x Drampa GUR - I would at least play with it, but this would be my first card cut :)
4 x Cosmog
2 x Cosmoem
3 x Solgaleo GX
2 x Shaymin EX
1 x Tapu Lele GX

Trainers - 35 (21-3-11)
4 x Ultra Ball
4 x VS Seeker
4 x Rare Candy
3 x Trainer's Mail
2 x Max Potion
2 x Fighting Fury Belt / Weakness Policy (I think Weakness Policy might be the better play in this deck)
1 x Field Blower (again, I play expanded, 1 is the most common count for Tool Scrapper / Startling Megaphone...this is an upgraded Scrapper)
1 x Escape Rope / Float Stone (I tend to think Float Stone, but Ropes are useful)

2 x Silent Lab
1 x Parallel City

4 x Sycamore
2 x N
2 x Lysandre
2 x Hex Maniac (You know how I said T1 Lab is devastating, if you can use Shaymin to draw and then have the right set up for a T1 Hex, that is even more devastating)
1 x Skyla

Energy - 9
9 x Metal Energy
