Hi LucidMarauder,
You could consider Regieleki to deal with Decidueye. There is also the option to follow up an attack with Rapid Strike Rayquaza with Zeraora V to knock out the Inteleon line on the bench. The latter option is most effective when you use Boss's Orders to get an Inteleon in the active slot and knock out another one on the bench. Regieleki and Rapid Strike Zeraora V can also be used as assistance attackers in the same deck. Personally I feel that doing so makes the deck a little more versatile since you gain access to bench attacks in this manner. Rapid Strike Zeraora also seems to be a nice card to finish the opponent of in case Rapid Strike Rayquaza Vmax missed the knock out.
Here is a spoiler for Regieleki:
Regieleki
Basic Lightning Pokémon
HP: 120
[C] Static Shock: 20
[L][L][C] Terravolt: 120
Discard all [L] Energy attached to this Pokémon. This attack does 40 damage to 2 of your opponent’s benched Pokémon.
Retreat Cost: CC
Weakness: F
The above suggestions assume that you use Rapid Strike Rayquaza combined with the Flaaffy engine to fuel all attackers in this deck. Hope this provides some initial assistance.
