If it this isn't fake (it looks real, just not holo) then it looks very good! It has the same artwork, text alignment. That stuff. Good find!
 
Odds are these are like the prerelease scans you get from LVX's - Non holo at first, Holo once printed.
I like this, I LIKE THIS.
 
I don't know...the energy symbols on Lugia Legend are placed different than the ones on the japanese card.

Which only makes sense, they had to replace them most likely due to the name of the attack. Elemental vs a 2-symbol thing.

Well in Japanese it would be "Blast Elemental", so the attack name when translated had to be re-arranged. I'm surprised to see they have that much control over placement of text, as we've seen some text shrink to accommodate the placement on cards.

If you want to see lugia legend, you must copie the picture url ( http://www.pokemon.com/cms/img/news/hgss1_legends/hgss_1_en_111_112.jpg ) and switch the nummers to 113 & 114 ( http://www.pokemon.com/cms/img/news/hgss1_legends/hgss_1_en_113_114.jpg )
 
Looks pretty good but not too sure whether I would like it when I get card. XD And still can't believe the fact the LV X era is coming to an end... >_>
 
so have they longer more people on they site, and more people = more pokemon-products selling
