Ruling REALLY need help before I start selling my deck off!!!

1) Are the Eeveelutions in the set thats coming out in November or the one after that?

2) Are Garchomp Lv. X and Leafeon Lv. X in the set thats coming out in November or the one after that?

3) When are DP3 and DP4 coming out?

4) Will DP4 be out in time for Cities?

1) 90% Chance after SW
2) Garchomp looks on track for this set while Leafeon should be referred to question 1
3) DP3 is being belnded with a little bit of DP4 but we won't get much of DP4 until Feburary. Most DP3 cards on November 7th (Pre-Releases too)
4) Depends when your cities are. But most likely no. Feburary looks like the usual release date.
