Hi everyone. This project is going to be a comprehensive list of all Pokémon TCG cards re-balanced to be on equal footing with each other. This project is only text-based at the moment. The cards are intended to be balanced around Base-Neo, but many mechanics from later years of the TCG (such as Pokémon ex, Dragon type Pokémon, Poké-Powers, and Poké-Bodies) are present for the sake of preserving generally intended gameplay interactions. The distinction between Item cards and Supporter cards is present only to preserve the effects of cards which reference one or the other; there is no "1 Supporter per turn" rule.
This project is in no way supposed to produce a balanced format. That is not possible with this many cards. Using these cards would facilitate either drafting, an immense ban list, or picking only a handful of expansions to play with at a time.
No two people would go about this kind of project in the same way. It is all rather arbitrary, and there is no "correct" way to do this, so please understand that if you strongly disagree with any decisions I have made. That said, comments, suggestions, questions and feedback are very welcome.
