Sorry, but I don't have a banner for this thread at the moment. Maybe I'll be able to find someone to make one, but for now, it's a small concern

Before you go off to browse whatever selection of Pokemon I have available, I need to mention a few things.
Rules:
1.) I use RNGing as means to obtain these Pokemon.
Contrary to a popular belief, RNGing is not hacking. Figured I should point this out, since seeing many Shiny Pokemon with mostly 31's might raise an eyebrow or two.
2.) In regards to my RNGing skills
At the moment (June 16th, 2013), I only know how to do Egg Abuse in 5th Gen. games. For example, if you needed a Tyrogue from 4th Gen so you can give it Sucker Punch for Hitmontop, I'm afraid you've come to the wrong place. I can do Wondercard Abuse, but those typically require cloning.
3.) Sorry, but I don't clone
Cloning is strictly prohibited . For this reason, you may not see any Pokemon that might be classified as a "legendary," or anything that requires the Standard Abuse method of RNGing.
4.) In a slight conjunction to Rule Three....
If in the case I do start doing Standard Targets (perhaps for a Singles player etc.), please do not ask for anything requiring Stationary Abuse in BW2. The Timer0 Trolling in those games is enough to drive some people - including myself - up the wall. That said, I will not be able to fill those requests in a timely manner by any means.
5.) I don't care what you trade me. Period.
With the exception to any hacked Pokemon you may try to give me, I really don't care what you trade me at all. I can easily go back and RNG another one myself.
6.) Please check to see if my request list is full (further on into the thread).
I can only take on so many requests at a time and still get them to the requester in a quick way. If you post a request when my list is full, sorry, but I am going to have to deny it. You may try again once I have a free space.
7.) First come / first serve basis
The people who post here first end up on the list sooner. If someone ninja's you by a minute and fills my last slot, please refer to Rule Six.
8.) A maximum of one Pokemon per request may be RNG'd at a time
For RNGs, I want to make sure I'm timely with those. If you request too many, Imany not be able to fill in other requests on time. For something I already have ready to go, a max of three Pokemon may be requested.
9.) Private requests can be made!
In order to place a private request, PM me the full details of the mon you want. In my list, you name will be marked as "Anonymous." If you were requesting an RNG be done, I'll still post what you requested, but it will be marked as an anonymous request and you will be PM'd when it is finished with a link to the post.
10.) Use proper formatting
To ensure strong communication between us as to what you desire, use the given format used for the Pokemon listed in the thread (read further to see it). Also state how soon you need the request filled in. Note that I'm on the Pacific West Coast (the same timezone as WPM if you forget), so it is essential that you state your timezone in the request as well (use this Timezone Chart if you have troubles). To keep from flooding the thread about one particular request, any info about the request after the first initial post about it is to be dealt with via PMs. Thanks!
11.) No redistributing!
Under no circumstances are my Pokemon I give out to be redistributed. If I find out you did with evidence, you're banned from this trade thread.
