Redshark Support

I really appreciate that this site hosts Redshark for Pokémon TCG, but I've found the amount of support for it very lacking. There is one megathread for asking for help, but it seems there is very little that actually happens there. I got a reply or two to my questions but I was never actually helped to solve my problems, and I don't seem to be the only one. The program has no bug tracker or anything, so basically if you find something wrong it seems all you can do is wait and hope the next version fixes it.

That seems like a huge waste to me. A bug tracker or a subforum dedicated to Redshark support/troubleshooting would be a step in the right direction, though it obviously isn't going to solve anything if nobody who knows anything about Redshark replies.
 
I'm sorry you don't get the support for Redshark that you want. I only know so much so I can't solve all problems. I've never had a mac so those questions I have no knowledge on how to fix. Thanks for bringing the issue to our attention.
 
We offer this program to people and can't offer the right support. I don't think that's right. Something should be done about this.
