Ruling regarding Prize Cards

[/b]Ok this may seem like an obvious wierd question but Im a newbie


Ok al i know is its 6 cards u set aside and each time u knock an opponents pokemon u get to draw one.. My questions are:

1.can u look at the cards u choose as ur 6 prize cards or must it be randomly selected
2.should it only be pokemon cards and not energy or trainer?
2.can u use your prize cards? Eg one of my prize cards is a "potion", can i use it or should i keep it aside?

2.Yes you can, once you draw it, you can keep it in your hand and use it like a normal card.

When you do a game setup it goes like this.

1. Shuffle your deck.
2. Draw 7 cards.
3. Set a basic pokemon to be your active pokemon. If you don't have any, shuffle all the cards back into your deck and draw a new seven cards.
4. If you want you can put more basic pokemon on your bench.
5 After all that is done, you set your prize cards.

You take them from the top of your deck.
YOU CAN'T LOOK AT THEM!
Set them face down on the left side of your play area so that their amount can be clearly seen. (Do not stack them in one pile)
During the game, you can't look what cards they are.
Once you draw a prize card, it goes into your hand, and you can play it as normal.
