Regarding the Legality of Certain Sets

Hi there! I'm looking for a water-type attacker to pair with M-Scizor EX and I stumbled across Beartic from Furious Fists. I know Furious Fists rotated, however it was reprinted in the Premium Champion Pack. Does that mean that it, and by extension Seismitoad, are legal in standard? I don't see this set in the legal sets list, but there are other promos not listed there so I'm curious.

Loosely, cards can be considered reprinted when it receives a new number in a new expansion, kit or as a promo. So, cards you find in a Battle Arena Deck or a Theme Deck would not be Standard legal because they a directly 'taken' from a past expansion (i.e. they don't get a new 'number'). Hope that makes some sense. Either way, the Premium Champion Pack has actually only been released in Japanese, however Standard legality is based on cards released in English. So, unfortunately, Beartic FFI is NOT Standard legal.
