I use the posterize function on gimp.

That Kyogre looks awesome! I never knew the Primal had those internal works!
Also, I suggest making the banner clickable (banner too big though; you'll just need to use the resize code)

I love the reddish Entei, the black Primal Kyogre, and the dark White Kyurem. What is your process for the recolors? I've experimented with a couple methods, but I'd like to see how you go about doing it.

Here are some tools I use (I'm not sure if these are the official names)

-GIMP
-Posterize for the GBA Sprite effect
-Rotate Colors for the color swap
-Hue/Saturation/Brightness for the Black White Kyurem (which is my favorite recolor I have done btw), the Blue Charizard X, the Black Primal Kyogre, and Blue Kyurem
-Paintbrush for the Thundurus with the black clouds

The sprites take around 15-20 minutes to make and the single pokemon recolors take around 2 minutes for 1. You have a point, but it is my creation, is it not? It's not too hard to put "Thanks Reggie!" in your sig or usertitle, too
