Sure, I would be happy to help! I know that Metal has been getting hype recently, but I don't know how much it will affect Gardevoir GX, as Dusk Mane Necrozma GX/Magnezone (the main Metal deck at the moment) almost OHKOs Gardevoir GX anyways. One thing I would like to make sure though is that ULP will be leagal for this event right? I will probably suggest cards form that set, so let me know if it isn't (if ULP isn't legal, then you don't have to worry about Metal). As for your list, here are my suggestions...

(Gardevoir GX at the moment has been focusing more on consistency, so I'll have that be my main point with suggestions for card choices.)

Here is a list I would use if I had to play Gardevoir GX.

So, I know it is different then your list, but I think it is something that you should try before the Regional. I will explain card choices in just a moment, but I will post this just so you can preview the list while I'm writing. Hope it helps so far!

Its this weekend , so it should be legal no?

All sets are legal the third Friday after release, the confusing part is that ULP was released on a Friday and I'm unsure if that counts as one of them (if it does, then ULP will be legal on the 16th, if not, then the 23rd).

I believei t is legal this weekend

Well, I'll do a bit more research on the matter and see if I can find something. Prepare to play with/against cards form ULP, just in case though.

Okay if possible, could we chat through skype or so if it would help with quicker conversations? my id is quon84 . I understand if youd decline :)

So, I know it is different then your list, but I think it is something that you should try before the Regional. I will explain card choices in just a moment, but I will post this just so you can preview the list while I'm writing. Hope it helps so far!

Sorry for the wait, here are the card explanations for my list.

2 Gallade: With Zoroark GX variants being very popular, two Gallde will give you a great advantage over these decks (not to mention being a one prize attacker).

2-2 Sylveon GX: This card will replace your Diancie (BUS) and I think it is the better option. Being able to search your deck for any three cards is incredible, even if your opponent uses N, you guarantee yourself a fresh/better hand.

2 Tapu Lele GX: Now, I know that some people prefer having three Tapu Lele GX (don't know if you do), but since this list includes Sylveon GX you should be able to search your deck for any card you want at the beginning. This removes the need for a third as your not likely to use one mid-game (if that is your plan).

1-1 Octillery: Same as Tapu Lele GX, with Sylveon GX, you can search your deck for any card which means that Octillery is only necessary late-game (which if you prize one piece, you probably already drew it form the prizes).

3 Cynthia: When you play a deck with a lot of pieces (like stage 2 decks such as Gardevoir GX), discarding valuable cards is sometimes the difference between a win and loss. Cynthia removes this negative effect as the only time you'll ever need to discard a card from hand is with an Ultra Ball (now that Prof. Sycamore is removed).

4 Rare Candy: This card is what makes the deck keep up with the other decks like Buzzwole GX (which starts hitting on turn 2). I would highly recommend four Rare Candy as this would increase your consistency.

2 Choice Band: This card can just give you a boost against other decks if it is required, very helpful in the mirror match as well (meaning that you don't have to attach another energy to Gardevoir GX to take a K.O., which your opponent could take advantage of). Also makes Max Potion less of a draw back and just helps with math in general.

1 Float Stone: I think you have to play at least one of these, Float Stone is just an all-out useful card and can get you out of tight spots if needed (and save energy instead of discarding it when retreating).

1 Parallel City: This card can disrupt your opponent quite a bit. Especially if your opponent can't get rid of it, which means if they need to bench a Tapu Lele GX, they won't be able to. You can also use it on yourself to get rid of liabilities such as a damaged Pokémon or a Tapu Lele GX.

1 Super Rod: If you play Max Potion, you must have at least one of these. Super Rod will make sure you don't run out of energy you discard.

Anyways, those where my thoughts on the list. If you have any questions, just let me know and I would be happy to help!

Hmm okay, not sure if i will be able to find 2-2 Sylveon line.

My questions are. How would the decklist look if i was unable to find said Sylveon GX? (going to ask players from local league if i can perhaps borrow)

Also you think i should run this or something prevalent with a Metagross GX deck?

If you're not able to get Sylveon GX, maybe play a Alolan Vulpix or Diancie (as you were playing before, and increase the Octillery line to a 2-2 line), but I would highly recommend the 2-2 Sylveon GX if your able to get it.

As for Metagross GX, I wouldn't be too worried about it, there will most likely not be any Metagross GX at the tournament your playing at. Dusk Mane Necrozma GX/Magnezone and maybe (probably not) Alolan Dugtrio will be your biggest problem for the moment. Metagross GX can't keep up with the rest of the format, the only matchup that is in its favor is Gardevoir GX, which shouldn't convince someone to play Metagross GX for just one matchup.

I forget to include, this but here are some potential cards for the list that you might want to consider as well.

Giratina PR: This card can give you an out against Greninja Break, which is a hard matchup for Gardevoir GX. If your worried about Greninja Break, I would suggest you throw one in.

Mew EX: This card helps against Buzzwole GX tremendously, copying Gardevoir GX's Infinite Force attack as a Psychic type and hitting Buzzwole GX for weakness. The 120 HP can be a pain, but if you time it correctly, Mew EX can win you some games.

I'll update this post if I have any more ideas, let me know what you think!

This is the first major pokemon event im going to. If you were me how would you brew your list (and if i cant get ahold of certain cards ...) sorry for asking much..im just in a panic mode and ive been trying to figure out something the past weeks with no sucess :( Almost ot the verge of me not even bothering to go to the event because i feel so lost

If I were in your shoes, I would first just take a breath and think things through. Usually, I get very excited before a tournament and I can't stop thinking about it, but I now know just take a breath and get done what I need to. Whatever happens, don't worry, that will mess with how you play. For instance, I played in a League Cup recently (not as big as a Regional, I know) and I wanted to play Tapu Bulu GX/Vikavolt. One card that I thought I should play though, was a Xurkitree GX, which I did not own. I spent the extra ten minutes that I had at the venue looking for an Xurkitree GX and no one was willing to trade one. I started to seconded guess my deck and almost switched it, but I just took a moment and thought it through. I ended up winning 1st, so no matter what happens, just don't panic and look at the glass half full if you would say (you have a deck to play at least!). Even if you don't have all the cards you would like to have, the main reason people play games like Pokémon (at least in my opinion) is just to have fun. So keep that as your main goal for going to this tournament, just have fun! Hope this helps give you some perspective, let me know if you have any more questions!

if i were to get a hold of those Sylveon GX, ive never played with it so ..what would my gameplan be with magical ribbon and such?

Usually what would happen is that if you go first, Brigette (get it somehow with either with Tapu Lele GX or from hand) and grab two Ralts and an Eevee. At that point, attach an energy from hand to the Eevee and set up the Sylveon GX. Next turn, get Sylveon GX in the active position (how ever you can) and Magical Ribbon and try to set up as many Gardevoir GX as possible (which is what Sylveon GX is mainly played for, go for a Gardevoir GX, Rare Candy, etc.). Usually you won't use Fairy Wind unless you need to take an important K.O. as it deprives you of using Magical Ribbon. Plea GX is a great attack if you can time it with a Parallel City, force your opponent to choose just one benched Pokémon and buy yourself some time if needed. These are the ideal plays, it isn't always going to happen, but it is what you want to try and aim for every game. Let me know if you have any more questions!

I got a hold of most of the things to borrow from someone. But missing 1 Bridgette and 3 Cynthia now. What do if i cant get ahold of them? Im not sure if there are vendors at this regionals that will have said cards prior to deck registration

My suggestions would be to play with 3 Sycamore and 1 Pokémon Fan Club (if you have them) if your not able to get a hold of the Cynthias and Brigette.
