Hi! Welcome to Regi's Fakemon Thread!
I just started making Fakemon "officially" just last weekend. I have made Fakemon before, but honestly, they all sucked except the first one I made that sparked my interest in creating more. I say "officially" because the ones I'm making now I believe have more inspiration to them, if that's the right way to put it. They feel more like Pokemon I guess.
So far, I've completed an evolutionary line of a pseudo-legendary named Kitsuto. (It's first evolution is my first Fakemon ever). I'm currently working on the fire starter line now, Sekinu, Sekazan and Sekumai.
Also you may notice the names of the Fakemon. Personally I think a combination of Japanese words sound cooler than a lame English pun. (They may sound lame to Japanese speakers/people though, but whatever). I don't have anything against English Pokemon names or anything, I just like the Japanese ones better. (Although I don't know a lot of them...)
I might eventually want to make some kind of Fan Game involving my Pokemon, but that would take a lot of time and help and I just want to make the actual Pokemon first.
I posted in the Forums Q&A a while back but I was ignored. If someone could help me with making sprites for my Pokemon, it would be greatly appreciated (and I would acknowledge your work). I would make my own but I don't really have the computer to do it at the moment.
Okay now I'll show you my first Fakemon, Kitsarushi

APPEARANCE: Kitsarushi are small, brown fox-like Pokemon. They have a bushy tail, small arms and have two large dark brown feet but have no visible legs. They have pentagon-shaped ears tipped with blue, and blue patches on their cheeks and above their feet. They have a black arrow-looking marking on their back that also slightly resembles a lightning bolt.
GENDER DIFFERENCES: None.
ABILITIES: Despite having like, no legs, it can jump well thus learning both Jump Kick and Hi Jump Kick.
BEHAVIOUR: They are playful, friendly and follow their trainer around.
HABITAT: Near towns, villages and in forests.
DIET: They like to eat berries
POKEDEX ENTRY: Yeah I made one in advance, it could be changed later though. "Kitsarushi love to play and follow their trainer. They are found near towns and villages."
LOCATION: I figured it would be given to you as an egg after helping someone, sorta like the Riolu from Riley in DPPt.

They have a white belly and a dark blue stripe starting from the top of their head all the way to the end of their big fluffy tail, ending with an arrowhead.

ABILITIES: Kitsuto clear the skies of clouds and can control weather. Their long fur is double-coated to protect them from the cold weather.
BEHAVIOUR: They are very loyal and behave well. They can become attached to their trainer, but hate to be betrayed.
HABITAT: In high altitudes like the top of mountains.
DIET: They like to eat berries.

That's probably a LOT of information LOL, and might be a bit tl;dr...sorry 'bout that.
Now I'll explain the two things that might be making you wonder...
The item Light Fluff and the move Cloud Burst.
Light Fluff: "A small piece of pretty white fluff. It is loved by a certain Pokémon."
Use: This item is solely used for evolving Kitsarushi. It must be traded while holding this item.
Location: Obtained by the daily item guy.
Cloud Burst: "The user stores a bunch of clouds into a ball then shoots them at the target to inflict damage. It hits all surrounding Pokémon."
Power: 100
Accuracy: 100
PP: 10
Type: Flying
Move Type: Special
Basically the flying Earthquake. I might lower PP, Accuracy or Power, but I don't see why, Earthquake can be learnt by a ton of things and so far only Kitsuto learns Cloud Burst.
Okay, enough of that. Now I'll show you my current Fakemon, the Fire starter. (Don't worry I won't go into as much detail.)
This is my current sketch of the evolution line:
Sekinu, Sekazan and Sekumai.
I actually based it off of my original Fire starter line, which seriously sucked. It basically looks like an angry dog with a fire tail. Not much creativity there!
Alipup, Aliflare and Torchally.
Note the (bad) English names too. Actually, Kitsarushi's name used to be "Furfie". I don't even know the origin of half this name.
Anyway, as you might be able to see in the first photo, the evolution line is Fire-Fire-Fire/Psychic. Sekinu is a curious fire/coal puppy. It will actually chew on coals. Sekazan is a bit more aggressive and it stores coals in it's back or whatever. Sekumai is like Sekazan, but its more aggressive (or maybe I should say it's stand-offish) and it's teeth are made of pure metal and it can crush coals. It can also predict events with the black collar-like thing around its neck, and very very rarely, it can show dreams with its tail, kind of like Munna/Musharna but in a different way. (And it's not a creepy pink...
It also sees future events in its own dreams.
The whole evolution line likes to live by volcanos.
The evolution line is based off of a domestic dog, mostly a blue merle Great Dane. It is also based off of mining carts and the way I can explain the last evolution is "coincidences in life"....
The names...
Sekinu is a combination of Sekitan (coal) and Koinu (puppy).
Sekazan is a combination of Sekitan (coal) and Kazan (Volcano).
Sekumai is a combination of Sekitan (coal), Yume (dream) and Shorai (future).
