I've just figured out I can go to Nationals, so I made this deck.

4 Reshiram BW
2-2-2 Emboar BW
2-2 Ninetales CL

4 Energy Retrieval
4 SSU
3 Pokemon Communication
2 Switch
1 Junk Arm
3 Interviewer's Questions
2 PONT
2 Seeker
2 Pokemon Collector
2 PETM
2 Fisherman
1 FSL
1 Twins
1 Judge

16 {R}

Strategy: Like any ReshiBoar Deck. You Inferno Fandango onto Reshiram every time he attacks, while using Ninetales for ddraw power and Energy Retrieival and Fisherman to get them out of the discard pile.

Take out ssu and seeker. Take out all 3 interviewers q'. (not needed) take out 1 fisherman and 1 flower shop lady.

Add cleffa, 3 more junk arm, and juniper. Also, you need to max pokemon communication. Take out professor elm's. Put in 3 dual ball.

in my reshiboar I ran 1 rescue energy and 1 revive (with junk arm) to get reshirams back.. then you can take out 1 reshiram

You need a starter. I use Cleffa in my deck, it's one of the best starter in the format. IDK what you should take out, but that is a must. :)

IMHO stantler is better than cleffa in this deck cuz stantler put vulpix on the bench and ninetales is now used to draw cards
