no EX pokemon or supporter cards?

Pokemon communication won't be much good unless have pokemon in your hand anyway, so drop 2-3 pokemcomm and a few of your ball cards (2-3 of each would be enough) in favor of bianca/N/Juniper/Cheren.
+ 10 points doesn't make that big a difference in this deck, so plus power can also be cut to make more room for playing with

Entei can reduce the need for energy retrieval , Mewtwo can help with knocking down most things, Tornardus deals with terrakion, and Rerishram EX... well this one isn't so good. You will also need a dragon type, to deal with garchomp and hydreigon, so I'd recommend White Kyurem-EX when it comes out.

I don't think you need the 2nd pignite either, so drop one of those and 2-3 rerishrams for the some of the pokemon above. DCE would also be good, so you can attack on turn 1

to summarize:

-2/3 pokecomm
-1/2 of each ball card
-2/3 rerishram
-4 plus power
-2 fire energy

+assorted draw supporters/random receiver to find those supporters
+assorted EX cards
+DCE

if u do not have many ex/other important cards try running empoleon/terrakion

ooh if ur gonna play this deck with the cards i reccomended u should put in 2 emolga from dragons exalted

but i like the skeloton of this deck
 
Mainly, -2 on Pignite. It takes away the use of Rare candy and space if you keep it there.

Oh yeah, don't forget to add Junipers and N's. They're cards that are usually needed in a deck.
THREE heavy ball? FOUR Communication? AND four ultra ball? You only have two Emboars, not to mention, no EX's. Heavy ball's use isn't good here since you only have a few Pokemon with a 3 retreat. Communication isn't useful in this kind of deck, you don't have THAT many Pokemon. Ultra ball can remain at four. All this searching makes no use if you only run Emboar and Reshirams. Most of these need to go. If you decide to run any EX's. I highly recommend cutting off Communication completely, and cut a little lower on Heavy and Ultra. Communication is no use with the smaller amount of pokemon you have, even if you were to add a few EX's.
Having 4 PlusPower might not be the greatest idea either. I think you should have only 2. Maybe 3 if you really want them.
This leaves MUCH space left over. Find some EX's, such as Reshiram or Entei. Add some different trainers and supporters, such as Juniper and N.
