Pokemon:
x4 reshiram 113 BW
x3 tepig 15 BW
x3 pignite 17 BW
x3 emboar 20 BW
x1 vulpix 75 CL
x1 nintiles 7 HG/SS

energy:
x4 double colorless HG/SS
x14 basic fire energy

item cards:
x3 prof. oak new theory
x2 dual ball
x3 pokemon communication
x2 prof. juniper
x3 energy search
x3energy retrieval
x3 engineers adjustments
x2 sage training
x3 rare candy
x3 interviewers questions

as of now my focus has shifted totally on reshiram and blue flare for fast ko's

-1 Vulpix CL
-3 Energy Search
-2 Dual Ball
-1 Emboar BW 20
-2 DCE

+1 Vulpix UL
+4 Pokémon Collector
+1 Pokémon Communication
+1 Emboar BW 19
+2 Switch

Vulpix UL is superior to Vulpix CL, simply because you have 10 more HP. Pokémon Collector is much better than Dual Ball in a deck like this, as it guarantees more Basic Pokémon. A fourth Communication helps get your Emboar and Ninetales out. The copy for Emboar BW 19 is so that you have a secondary attacker, that hits much harder. 150 damage from Badboar gives you some important KO's against decks like Gothitelle and The Truth. Lastly, Switch lets you move around any of your Emboar that was Pokémon Catchered up.

I'm still very sketchy on your current Trainer line, but these are the first changes I would make.

because of noble victories you will now need to prepare for eviolite. an opposing reshiram with eviolite wont be one-shotted by your reshirams hence i suggest:

+2 Emboar BW19 ( this is your counter vs high hp basis with eviolite plus high hp stage 2s)
+1 Rare candy (since you will be running 4 stage 2s the more rare candy the better for consistency)
+1 Pokemon Communication ( for better consistency in getting your evolutions)
+ 4 fisherman (getting 4 energy is better than getting 2)
+3 switch (you'll need it as a counter to catcher)
+ 3 pokemon collector (better than dual ball)
+1 professor oak's new theory

-1 Emboar BW20
-2 Dual Ball ( you dont really need dual ball in reshiboar)
-3 energy search (you already have interviewer's questions)
-3 energy retrieval
-4 fire energy ( you have too many energy)
-2 sage training
-3 engineer's adjustments

i see. i happen to run my reshiboar without collectors and replaced it with 4 cherens.

if drawing 3 is good wouldn't drawing 7 be better and faster? if i run boar 4-4-4 surely i can spare trashing a few oh and the reason i run so much energy is because i want to ko each turn im thinking of running cather i think i have 3 possibly 4 that i can run, and i also see why switch is vital so.... what to replace with what, ive only been playing 2 years so ive not much experience building decks, i don't expect to go to go to regionals or anything like that, i only want to do better locally im also looking into trying to get some collectors going to talk to my prof. he dose ALOT of player trading

**edit**

ok so im basing the following on all the input ive gotten so far....

Pokemon:
x4 reshiram 113 BW
x4 tepig 15 BW
x2 pignite 17 BW
x2 emboar 20 BW
x2 emboar 19 BW
x1 vulpix 68 UL
x1 nintails 7 HG/SS

energy:
x2 double colorless HG/SS
x10 basic fire energy

item cards:
x4 prof. oak new theory
x4 poke collector (trade pending) (or) ( cheren have 2, 2 trade pending, which would be better if both available?)
x4 pokemon communication
x2 prof. juniper
x3 switch
x3 catcher

x4 rare candy
x3 interviewers questions
x4 fisherman (own 1, 3 pending on trade)

thought to add catcher for chances to take out cards like Gothitelle before they reach full energy/threat with the current build i need 1 more card for a legal 60 card deck, thanks for all the awesome help guys

with N in play extra junipers or bianca seems to be more attractive vs cheren but now realizing you got ninetails to give you addtional draw power probably its worth it to add 2 more fire energy and drop 2 supporters

if you have badboar in play goth shouldnt be a problem. however catcher may actually be important in foiling vanilluxe-vileplume decks.

yea i was thinking about N too but then i thought about how it not only give me the chance to get a better hand but my opp. as well, i ran a deck with N and more often then not it seamed to hurt more then it helped simply because my opp. got to draw too

play around with your supporters and play test it in your local league and see which combination of supporters will give you consistency.

i hardly use juniper so im thinking of dropping that and adding junk arms and also considering removing a collector and poke com. for 2 energy retrieval

ok i just finished cities today. eviolite definitely helps dragons. i went 4-1 and my only loss was to ZPST + eviolite. i ran reshiboar without eviolite. i suggest you try to fit in eviolite in your build. badboar is definitely a boost now to reshiboar (it helped me one shot those typhlosion primes, machamp primes, and donphan primes) but badboar is slow to build compared to a turn 1 or turn 2 fully powered zekrom. perhaps twins needs to be incorporated in the reshiboar build as well.
