Strategy:get out reshiram and emboar asap, then use reshiram's blue flare attack for 120 damage each turn; each turn getting back the energies using burned tower, fisherman, and energy retrieval and attaching them to reshiram with emboar. Also, I use Rayquaxa and Deoxis LEGEND's attack for 150 damage each turn instead of reshiram after it's set up. I just have a hard time setting up the evolutions, any ideas? Would a zoroark help as a tech?

Another Reshiboar! Here are my reccomendations.

Where is the draw power you need better draw power so i reccomend adding this.
+2-2 Ninetails

8 Basic pokemon is not enough. How many mulligans do you give up before you get a basic? Also cleffa will help.
+3 Cleffa

2 pont is not enough, same with collector and IQ.
+1 pont
+1 Collector
+1 IQ

4 Fisherman is way too many because you have three energy retrieval and burned tower.
-2 fisherman

Petm really wont help when you can only search for 6 cards.
-2 Petm

Since i added the nintails line these are not needed.
-2 Engineers adjustments

Energy search is not needed in this deck you will get the energy fast enough with interviewers and such.
-3 Energy Search

I really dont see the need for switchs.
-2 Switch

Pokegear is not needed in this deck.
-2 Pokegear

I dont think pokebealls are needed here.
-2 Pokebealls

You need more revives.
+2 Revive

You need more of these to help set up.
+1 communication

Dce are not going to help much in this deck and you need more fire energy.
-2 Dce
+4 fire energy

PONT=Proffessor oaks new theory
PETM=Proffessor elms training method
DCE=Double Colorless energy
IQ=Interviewers Questions

Hope I Helped!

I disagree with adding more interviewers. In fact, I'm going to say something crazy and say get rid of all of them for more PONT. Here's why:

PONT can get you six fresh cards, including energy, but unlike IQ, you can keep any non energy too. This can be very important early game to help you set up, unlike IQ which you may not need if you don't have Emboar out. Since Reshiram only really needs 3-4 Energy on the field (and Retrieval or Junk Arm) to function, this shouldn't be a huge problem.

One thing I've learned from facing Reshiram is the need for pluspower. Seriously, if Reshiram cannot score the early kill, most of of the pokemon in meta can survive at least one Blue Flare, and can probably one shot Reshiram in return. Because of that, even with Reshiram's good recover after being KO'ed, you're probably going to be behind on a prize war against most well designed decks (other than Maybe Donchamp, who Reshiram can do alright against I hear).

Another thing you might want to run is RDL, either 1-1 or 2-2. RDL's stronger attack paired with Space Virus taking an extra prize could be really good here. That way, after Reshiram has Blue Flared a couple basics for easy prizes, you can then Ozone Buster the last couple for the easy win. 2-2 has more consistency, but it's also 2 extra spots, not including the lightning energy you would need.

In summary (and a few other suggestions):

+4 Pluspower
+1-1 RDL
+2-2 Ninetales HGSS/COL
+1 Junk Arm
+3 Lightning Energy
+1 Revive
+2 PONT
+1 Collector

-2 Pokegear
-2 DCE
-2 Engineer's Adjustments
-2 Fisherman
-3 Energy Search
-2 Pokeball
-2 Burned Tower (this is unnecessary, with Junk Arm you can abuse retrieval to your heart's content)
-2 IQ
-1 Pignite

3 Cleffa and a third Rare Candy would be good too. Cleffa is a borderline must, but I'm having a little difficulty fitting them at the moment. I suppose you could drop one fire energy and both PETM though.

Away:
2 DCE

In:
2 more candies (ppl thinking stage 2 decks are slow cus most in these forums play so few of them)

Totally forgot about pluspower! but i really don't think RDL fits into any reshiboar deck.

RDL doesn't fit into any reshiboar deck?? Are you MAD?? Tell you what, Proxy it, playtest it, and get back to me with how brutally awesome it is. I believe you are underestimating just how darn good taking 2 prizes a turn is. If your opponent doesn't do something about it, it's GG in 3 turns. It's also easy to set up with Communication, PONT, and Emboar. Fandango 2-3 {R} energy on, and attach the last {L} energy and you have 2 prize cards coming your way.

I've updated the decklist with changes from all your suggestions, but I'm still having trouble getting out the evolutions. Any ideas?
