The point of this deck is to get an ability emboar set up with a reshiram then rain down fire energy and hit for 120 hopefully every turn, tyrogue is for donks, cleffa and manaphy are for early set up, ninetales is for draw power, flareon and non ability emboar are back up attackers.

Deck needs more Switch, otherwise this deck will get killed by Catcher. I'd also recommend a 1-0-1 line of Kingdra at least so you can OHKO other dragons without having to rely on PlusPower. I'd recommend cutting Manaphy, as the chance of getting one first turn is less than 1/8, and you'll use Cleffa a LOT more.

I don't have a lot of experience with Reshiboar, but I'd recommend:

- 1-1 Flareon
- 1 Manaphy
- 2 Dual Ball
- 2 PETM
- 1 Energy Retrieval
- 1 of any other card you'd like

+ 2 Revive
+ 2 Pokemon Collector
+ 2 Switch
+ 1 Pokemon Communication
+ 1-0-1 Kingdra Prime
