Reshiphlosion for Cities

Kay, so at my local fall Battle Road competition, I didn't do so well with this deck. However, I've changed a few things around [pretty much only trainers] this time. Hopefully I do better with this variation. xD

I also have considered teching a Kingdra Prime so I can use Spray Splash in case of an item lock. Does anyone have experience with a Reshiphlosion deck with a Kingdra Prime tech? If you do, I'd like to know how it works out.

Deck List:

Pokemon;
2 Stantler UL [call me lame, but I can't afford collector, so I went with Stantler instead. He at least gets some of my basics out.]
1 Smoochum HS [again, a starter.]
1 Magby TM [starter.]
3 Cyndaquil
2 Quilava
3 Typhlosion Prime
4 Reshiram
2 Vulpix [CL and HS]
2 Ninetales

T/S/S;
4 PONT [I actually still have to get three of them before cities, which is next Saturday. Luckily I've found a few people from my league to trade with/borrow from.]
3 Junk Arm
4 Pokemon Communication
2 Rare Candy
2 Pluspower
3 Twins
2 Revive
2 Fisherman [I like to call them Fishyman. xD]

Energy;
13 Fire Energy
3 Rescue Energy
2 DCE

The strategy is, again, mostly like most other Reshiphlosion decks. Use Stantler to get basics out, and if I don't have Stantler out on turn one, then use Smoochum to annoy the heck out of people by moving energy to their babies if they've got any. [I've done this before, and I must say, moving a DCE to a Cleffa is hilarious.]
Set up Typhlosion and Reshiram quickly [which shouldn't be too hard], then when the Stantler or baby is knocked out, put Reshi as the active and use Twins to get out the Ninetales line as quickly as possible. Another fun thing I like to do is use Twins to find another Twins if need be.
Use Ninetales to draw each turn if I have extra fire energy, then stream the fire energy back to Reshiram each turn.
I did have Professor Juniper instead of PONT here, and honestly, I didn't like it. I would constantly have to discard my hand because Juniper was my only option, so I chose PONT over Juniper so I wouldn't have to discard my entire hand.
Communication if I have Stantler out and have extra babies so I can get Typhlosion/Quilava/Ninetales out, and Rare Candy is there for one or two of the Typhlosions.
Pluspower is to add extra damage if I need it [sadly, this won't help with Gothitelle. My only option with Gothitelle, really, is to try to build up damage and outrage quickly.]
Revive is to bring Reshi/catcher bait back in case I need it.
Fishyman is to bring back multiple fire energies, then use Ninetales to discard them to draw, then bring them back AGAIN with Typhlosion to attach to Reshi.
Rescue energy is there for extra support with Reshi in case he's knocked out and I need him back quickly. DCE is for quick outrages.

Feel free to give any suggestions. I know it's probably not the greatest Reshiphlosion decklist, but hey, it's something. p: I've been testing at league a bit and it works for me pretty well, but we'll see how I do at cities with it.

- 2 Fisherman
- 1 Smoochum
+1 Rare candy
+ 1 Cleffa
+ 1 Pluspower

Smoochum just is not that good. Also you do not need Fisherman because you have Typhlosion.

Thanks for the suggestions. I'll think about them, however, I'd better do so quickly- cities is this weekend. >.>
