This is a deck i made for the BR:

Pokémon: 18
4-3-4 Typhlosion Prime
4 Reshiram
1 Cleffa
1-1 Ninetales

TSS: 29
4 Pokémon Collector
3 Pokémon Communication
3 PONT
1 Prof Juniper
3 Junk Arm
3 Rare Candy
3 Pokémon Catcher
3 PlusPower
3 Sage's Training
1 Revive
2 Engineer's Adjustments

Energy: 13
12 Fire Energy
1 DCE

The strategy of this deck is very simple, setup the Typhlosions, to get energies on the Reshirams, To attack with "Blue Flare" every turn, the Ninetales line is to put energies on the discard pile, like the 2 Engineer's Adjustment.

You need to add a Strategy to the deck in the first post.

dmaster out.

First, I would drop a quilava for a rare candy for super fast set up!
Second, I would drop the ninetales line for a sage and a juniper so you get more early game draw.
Third, I would drop the engineer's for two more junipers for the same reason as above
The rest of the deck is pretty solid though.

and if your really crazy like me you can put in Suicune Entei Legend for a google Counter

I will test with those advices and if i like, i will use the deck like you said.
Lol, i think SEL is too risky, i didn't get much that part, but for mirror/Donphan's counter, i'll, if the testing goes well, a Samurott with the Ability, i can put 1 more DCE.

In my opinion, 4-3-4 Typhlosion Prime isn't necessary. Try maybe a 3-2-3 line, and fit in another rare candy. Remember, Reshiram is your main attacker, so the main reason you have Typhlosion is to keep feeding energies to Reshi every turn.
I would also either add another revive or some Rescue Energy. Having only one revive may not do so well if a 'Phlosion, Reshi, or Ninetales is Catcher'd and knocked out.
