BW/BW2 Reshiram and Zekrom C-Gear Skin Problems

My fiancee is trying to get the Reshiram and Zekrom C-Gear Skins, right? She goes off to the dream world (after putting the appropriate legendary to sleep) , logs on, enters, and goes to where is says 'Enter the Special Home'. It says that there is no special home available. How is this so? The event ends today, so she should still be able to access it until this evening, when it ends, right?

I'm pretty sure the DW site goes by GMT. In GMT it is already the 30 May.

This is true, but it thinks it's 1 hour later than that. I went to the PGL site myself and it thinks it is 17.31 in my time zone. It's actually 16.29.
 
Oh, gotcha. Something else, though: on the maintenance page, it shows that it follows the New York time zone in the US. :/
