Ruling Reshiram EX/Charizard EX

Can you play four of each in a deck? Sure. I don't see why not. The rule is that you can't play more than four of any card with the same name. So you couldn't play four of each Charizard EX. (I think there are like three.) However, very rarely do people play four of any given EX because at two prizes a piece, three will be the most you will ever need, especially if you have other options for attackers in your deck.
Very True but I just built a rush deck where I can deck out in 7 turns so I'm betting on hit now and getting only the Pokemon I want. Let me know when you jump on tonight and I'll run it against you on TCGone. I'm deciding between this deck or a toad deck. I haven't lost with this speed deck and I'm at a 90% win rate on my toad deck.
