My deck consists of 2 b/w Reshirams (rare) 1 b/w Reshiram (ultra rare) 1 promo 23 Reshiram 1 Next destiny Moltres (ND) 2 Growlithes ND, 1 Arcanine ND, 2 darumaka EP 20, 1 Darmanitan EP 21, 1 Terrakion EP 63, 1 Landorus NV 74, 3 Rogganrolas (2 EP 50, 1 EP 49), 2 Boldore EP 52, 1 Gigalith NV 61, 3 Lillipups B/W 81, 2 Herdier B/W 82, 1 Stoutland B/W 83, 4 pokeballs, 2 energy retrievals, 2 energy search, 1 revive, 1 Max potion, 1 interviewers questions then you should be able to find out the energts they are about even except the rock has 1 more than fire. It is already good but it still needs improvement.

It would help if you organized it a little more. Its really confusing to read right now IMO. Try doing it like
2 reshiram b/w
1 reshiram b/w

etc.

Sorry there was no way i could think to put it due to the promo reshiram and the two diffrent darumaka

Really, it's already good?

Multiple problems i see
*Too many energies (if i counted correctly it should be 24)
*No focus in the pokemon lines
*Lack of items/supporters.

Honestly, no deck needs 24 energy. You'll just find that you're drawing into energy you don't need. 15 energy is the all you will ever need if you structure your deck correctly. Next problem: your pokemon lines are a mess. Is Reshiram your main attacker or is it Gigalith/Stoutland? You need to first identify what you want this deck to be based around. If it's Reshiram then you need to find pokemon that support it, i.e. Emboar BW#20; its ability helps provide Reshiram with constant {R} energy to use Blue Flare every turn and with Fisherman and/or Energy Retrieval you can bring the energy back to your hand. This goes for everything else, you need to find pokemon that work together well. Lastly, your T/S/S line. Look at all the decks in the deck help section and you'll see that decks are using very similar item and supporters
*Pokemon Collector
*Pokemon Communication
*Prof Oaks New Theory
etc.

Why? Because these cards help search through your deck so you can set up the attackers. You'll notice decks are runnung 6-9 cards to search for pokemon and 6+ cards to draw into the deck because the usual case is whoever sets up their attacker first has the advantage. You'll never survive on just 4 Pokeball.

So now i ask - Who do you want to base the deck around?

Please make your list neater

9. Your decklist must be posted neatly said:
When posting a decklist, you are most likely wanting other members to help improve your decklist. However, with a messy, unorganized decklist, it will be much harder for others to help improve your decklist. As such, it is required that your decklist is posted neatly, or at least to the point of easily readable. For more details on a good example of a posted decklist, look here.
If you break this rule: Violators will receive an instant 10% warning.

I will check this again tomorrow to make sure it is neater.

Also, please put the names of more of the main Pokémon in the thread title.
