BW/BW2 reshiram's and zekrom's abilities

we know that reshiram and zekrom have unique abilities, what do you think they do? the only thing i can think of for zekrom is his ability lets him hit ground types with electric type moves. discuss!
 
Zekrom's ability is TeraVoltage, not TerraVoltage. Terra and Tera have different meanings, so we can't predict.

Edit: Tera can mean trillion, that might have something to do with the ability. Also, Tera is sort of a wire connector thingy, that might also have something to do with the ability.
 
Well Zekrom's tail spins and collects electricity which I asume is TeraVoltage and just makes it stronger. Reshiram's ability I think does the same or because his tail kinda looks like a rocket it could make it faster.

thats a pretty good idea, maybe their abilities make stab=2x instead of 1.5x
and what i meant earlier about zekroms ability is maybe that since its ability is teravoltage and tera meant what? a trillion its has so much electricity generated in its tail that is can shock ground types
 
Well, considering that Zekrom and Reshiram are shown building electricity/creating fire in the trailer....

I'm guessing that, over the course of the battle, it'll build the power of Electric and Fire type moves, respectively. Basically, a type-based Speed Boost sort of deal.

Reshiram's would be a rip-off of Blaze, then. I think these abilities could be something new, like a new affect to battle mechanics.

Raises the power of fire attacks...wait have i seen that before?...

And it would be cool to see Zekrom's ability NOT an opposite of Reshiram's and have a completely different type of effect.. I got tired of opposite abilities after I saw Groudon/Kyogre with Drought and Drizzle, same idea of ability with just differenc weather.
 
My guess:

Turbo Blaze-

increases your speed instead of fire moves like flash fire when hit by a fire type move.

or

increases speed when at 1/3 or less hp.


Tera voltage-

those that resist electric type attacks get hit neutral damage.

Turbo Blaze- Increase Special Attack whenever Reshiram uses a Fire type move.

Though that also seems plausible, I wouldn't like that very much.

I agree. Although, I was hoping for something more unique.
