Returned to Collecting Pokémon! Organizing and Buying, Help?

Since I spent over my budget this month with Pokémon cards, I've collected a majority of duplicates and assorted cards from recent various sets. I understand most collectors organize their cards by sets however, what is the next best technique to sort Pokémon cards for collectors who do not aim to purchase missing cards to complete their set?

Also, what do you do with duplicates? I've filled up three tin boxes and it'll be nice to sell/trade them if there was a market in my little city.

Also, which Pokémon TCG products do some of your best pulls come from? I've had great luck with tin boxes!

To be honest, you can organize your cards however you please. There's not a wrong way to do it. I'm more of a player than a collector, so I just throw most of my stuff into a binder. I try to keep multiples of card or related cards together for convenience.

If you have a lot of bulk, there are people you can either trade or sell it to. There are usually vendors who'll pay for bulk at big events. I believe some of the online stores will pay for bulk if you send it to them. There are also a few bulk traders here in the PB Marketplace. Just be sure to make sure you understand the Marketplace Rules before you begin.

I don't usually complete sets, but I still organize my cards by set because it's the easiest for me anyway. However, there are lots of other methods depending on your personal preferences, such as sorting by Pokédex Number, or era, or rarity, or type.

Duplicates tend to make for nice trading options, as well. Holos, EXes, and other SR/UR cards are often soft after by collectors, and players often want competitive cards and staple Trainers. Mass extra common/uncommon/energy cards are often referred to as "bulk" by traders. There are some traders that accept large qualities of bulk towards trades (including here), or they can be sold in lots to resellers or on Ebay.

Thanks for the tip, Mora. :) I'll definitely be exploring PokéBeach Marketplace.

Do you usually set new cards straight into binders? Whenever a new blister pack comes out there's usually a card of the older packs that fitly snugly between two cards already set side by side in the binders :(
