There has been a recent splurge of Pokemon events in my area, and this is convincing me it is a good idea to put together a Modified Format deck to play for the season since triumphant is coming out.
I am curious on what decks i would be able to play without spending over $150-$200 bucks. I am a very competitive MTG player, so i am good with interactions and stuff like that.
