Are there any reliable cards that allow you to return your Pokemon (Active or Benched) to your hand? All I can think of is Super Scoop Up, but that requires a coin flip (and the original Scoop Up, but that's been rotated out of play.).

That's it. Briney's has been rotated from POP3, but if it's available in your area, go for it. I suppose.
