Ruling Revealing and Discarding Your Opponent's Hand

There are certain cards that reveal your opponents hand so if u use one of those then u use absols ability which lets you discard a card from your opponents hand if u take damage if u reveal your opponents hand then quickly use absols ability can u chose any card if your opponent doesnt shuffle their hand or if u follow a certain card?

What you're describing isn't possible because you have to completely resolve one effect before resolving another.

If you use a card that allows you to look at your opponent's hand, they are allowed to shuffle their hand after you are finished looking.
