Now I know what most of you are thinking looking at this list: "Gee that's an awful lot of Trainers for a list that runs Vileplume...", and for the most part you would be right, but almost all of the trainers are for setting up, so they should have used up their purpose or be in play long before Plume hits the field if all goes well.
The basic idea behind this deck is to get a quick setup of a Regigigas with Eviolite and a Pokemon Center with Reuniclus and Vileplume safely sitting on the bench behind him. With DCE and other energy, you should be able to have him energized by turn 2, and could start using Giga Power for early 80 damage, and with Eviolite his self damage is negated. Or, if you don't get eviolite before Vileplume, that's part of where Reuniclus comes in. Moving away the 20 damage next turn to a benched Regigigas or Dragon that can be picked off by Pokemon Center. Basically, repeatedly Giga Power and damage swap OR if you're feeling lucky or your opponent is starting to run out of steam, you can use Reuniclus to micro manage your damage and deal out powerful Raging Hammers.
The dragons are here for damage battery and/or secondary attackers/type coverage. Prism energy helps here since the attackers are ALL basics and they can synergize with both Kyurem and Zekrom, while being only remotely helpful for Regi as a colorless. Cleffa and Pichu for fast setup.
I was considering Heavy Ball here, but since Regigigas is the only 3 or more retreat pokemon and a Basic, Collector basically would make it useless. Level Ball is here to speed up Reuniclus/Vileplume setup. The entire Reuniclus line is 90 or less HP, and both Oddish and Gloom can be Leveld out.
I'm not sure whether to keep 4 twins or knock it down to 3 and add in another supporter. If you start with a Pichu or Cleffa and it gets KO'd after one use, twins would be nice for a fast Candy or double setup for Reuniclus/Vileplume.
