I pulled a reverse holo rare Hoopa from a Shining Legends pack. Unlike other reverse holos I've pulled from Shining Legends, the holo is bleeding and covers the entirety of the card, albeit faintly on the picture and border.
I understand that nearly all Sun & Moon reverse holos / holo rares usually bleed, but Shining Legends does not. I know this because I have multiple rev holos and reg. holos from that Shining Legends set and none bleed except for Hoopa.
Is this considered a misprint? I know if it was from a Sun&Moon booster it wouldn't be (since its very common) but would it be for Shining Legends since they never did holo bleeding for that set?
