Rhyperior theme decks without Flygon

Last week at the league I go to, some kids had bought sealed Rhyperior 4 theme decks from the woman who sells the cards there, and they both lacked the Flygon card. One had a Rhyperior 4 that was in bad condition instead, and the other deck had simply lacked Flygon.

Has anyone else had this problem and is there anything that can be done about this?

Either your vendor needs an investigation or PUSA should send you replacement decks/cards IMO

I meant the actual deck of 60 cards

These decks may have been tampered with as shrink wrapping isn't hard to get...

They are definitely tampered,you dont get those many wrongly packed packs.

Then that clears her of any misdoings. Sounds like she's a really good person. It's not unheard of for the PUSA machines to mess something up.

yea i no for a fact that at least two regigigas tins (from the same walmart sealed and all) came with severly damaged lv.xs.

That's what happened to a kid at my league. The Rhyperior looked like it was bent or something.

This was at league. Since the mall doesn't have any place that sells the cards, they let her vend anything someone would need to play the game.
