I was told this was the board for this. I'm glad I was told to make this.
I figured this would be suited to post since I'm sure many people know who he is from his role in Airplane 1 and 2, The Naked Gun 1 and 2.5, Scary Movie 3 and 4, and a collection of other movies.

The actor passed after a fight with pnumonia ( He was 86 I believe )
I'd post some youtube links to famous scenes and stuff but I was told not to.

Shirley he'll be greatly missed.

He will be deeply missed. R.I.P.
The comedy world just lost a funny, funny guy.
 
I loved the Naked Gun Movies, it's sad to see him go, he was such a great actor in those movies.

He was also easily one of the funniest characters in the Scary Movie series. It's sad to hear that he's gone, especially after not hearing much of him recently.
 
I just want to press the N and O keys repeatedly in succession until my fingers break. All of them.
I was Devastated when I heard the news. I thought the internet was joking (like that's never happened before). But I checked, and he really did die, at the age of 84. 84. He was acting literally untill the day he died; my Grandmother is 74, and I'm sure she would have a hard time of doing what he did for 62 years. At the very least, he died peacefully in his sleep, surrounded by his family.

RIP, Leslie. I will miss you so much.​

A great actor and a great man. He will be shirley sorely missed.
