Jirachi~Origonal, yes
Reshiram~Origonal, no because I really, REALLY, love my Reshiram.

The Pokemon were OT legitimately, but I cloned them with an AR. And if I'm correct, cloned Pokemon are allowed to be used at VGCs and stuff like that.
