Rocket/Galactic Set?+Special Energy Quest

Will we be getting a Rocket/Dark or a Galactic DP set? Also, since I'm already starting a thread: When you have a Pokemon with multiple Speciall Metal/Dark/Rainbow Energies attached to them, does the enhancement stack? Ex: Metal Poke w/ 2 Special Metal energies is attacked with an attack doing 30 damage. Does the attack do 10 or 20 damage?
 
1) Nothing yet about a Galactic, another Dark, or another Rocket set. They may make an appearance one day.

2) 10 damage. Two Special Metal Energy attached to the Defending Pokémon reduces the attack by 20 after apply weakness and resistance.
 
wait for NO.2 are yuo asking if you have the energy's on you then does it reduce the damage you do to the defending? if it is then they took that rule away a while ago
 
I doubt their will be a Rocket, Magma or Aqua set in the Diamond and Pearl block. But there should be a Galactic set soon.
