I think it's Gym Heroes or Gym Challenge
And it's No.150.
And in Japanese.

I've search everywhere to see how much it's worth and I can't find anywhere that has it.

I think it's worth a lot because it's the first Pokemon card released with three attacks.

IMO, ebays just an estamite so thats not the really selling price.
