Strategy
The strategy here is to get both Garbodor and Zebstika out as soon as possible and start disconnecting / garbotoxining. Attach Silver mirror on Zebstika against plasma and with disconnect they can't catcher around, use tool scrapper or attack zebstrika!
I don't really know how to counter Keldeo Blastoise but again Virgen it should be almost the same strategy.
Maybe Bangles to do extra damage against Keldeos, Darkrais and Virzions?

Help and constructive Critism appreciated or any other rouge ideas :D

I feel like any big basic deck will be real trouble for zebstrika. There is just no damage output with zebstrika, so anything with a lot of hp is going to be a problem. This deck probably needs to max out laser bank for maximum damage. 2/4 virbank/laser, and i think bangles are more important than mirrors. It would at least allow you to 2HKO Keldeo Ex, though you will have to break the item lock.

I was looking through my cards and came across rotom. It has a few interesting attacks for this deck. Since its main electric you can use its first attack which discards 1 energy to draw 3 cards. Okay not great. Its second attack for (E)(C) it does 20 times the number of trainer cards in your opponents hand. With Zebstrika's Disconnect, item cards will just stack up in your hand. So after a few turns of Disconnect, Rotom can be doing some serious damage. Every turn of no supporter, it will be doing more and more damage. If you run Silver mirrors in this deck you can possibly deal huge damage to your opponent that uses only team plasma pokemon. The only thing is you will lose your item lock. But if you run out of zebstrika, you might as well attack with rotom.
