Main issue I see is with Cinccino as a primary attacker, you give your opponent too much control. If it's your main win condition, there's little danger in just letting you take cards. Personally I would add some DCE and maybe a 2-2 line of Zoroark GX. Not only is it another attacker, it helps fill your discard for Cinccino's attack while providing card draw.

Just my opinion so feel free to disagree :)

I certainly do like your idea.

Why do you play Bodybuilding Dumbbells instead? Any tool that is used as an effect during your opponent's turn can easily be Field Blowered off, especially with everybody finding the only way to counter the BKP Garbodor is Field Blower. I understand that you could pick it back up from the discard, but with Cinccino in the active (as that is the only way you can pick it up) you only gain a chance of 130 HP.

The way I think the deck should be played is just like Expanded Sableye/Garbodor, except with Cinccino. Maybe a better partner would be Garbodor BKP instead. Could be considered, though I don't know who could back up Cinccino without Zoroark GX, maybe the GRI Garbodor?

Just my opinion though, I just feel blowing two slots on another "if" (Crushing Hammer, Team Rocket's Handiwork, etc.) isn't worth it. Rather pick up another Hammer or disruption card instead. Choice Band is probably better (in my opinion). Let me know what you think. Thanks!

My original idea was like that to be completely honest with you (Cinccino/Garb). Bodybuilding dumbbells is simply to give more HP since its HP is its biggest problem.

Isn't it a one prize attacker with 90 HP though? Sableye (DEX) only had 70 HP and it was considered one of the best mill decks ever (in my opinion). Understandably, Sableye has access to Expanded cards like Life Dew and was a basic. My point is just that Field Blower is more common in Standard than in Expanded. Most decks are OHKOing Cinccino even with the Bodybuilding Dumbbells. Is the HP a problem because Cinccino is a stage two?

You make a fair point.

I'm going to edit this deck a bit.
