PLOX is a deck with gallade and gardevoir.

A rogue deck is a deck that doesn't see a lot of play and isn't considered part of the metagame
The metagame is the group of decks that see the most play and are normally considered to be the "best"
Plox was a deck that consisted of Gardevoir and Gallade that basically ruled the metagame taking championships in almost every tourney in the 07-08 Season
