Rosanne's Research and GE Claydol???

How bad do people want this card??!?!?! I've seen it go up to 5 bucks on ebay, and I have quite a few of them. Does it matter which set this card comes from or are all the Roseanne's Research that expensive???

Also, why is Claydol so expensive??? I have 3 of them, but didn't know why. Is it because of the Poke Power??

Roseannes are expensive as they only come from decks, SW, pop. it is a card needed in every deck

Claydol is expensive because of the power

Have you read Claydol's Poke Power? It lets you draw more cards. That is essential in every deck. It just sits on the bench (no attacking) and lets you draw cards. Roseanne's is for setup, where you can take out basics and energy.

really?!??!? so poke-power and poke-body can be used even when the pokemon is NOT your active pokemon?!?!?!

yeah, two of them are in a deck i'm using right now and one is in a binder for my collection. i'm definitely considering selling them though.

yup it sells for about $20 average so you got a gem (in terms of pokemon cards ;))

Get rid of two cards you don't need and then draw up to 3 or 4 more while he just sits there on your bench...yeah, and not a supporter either. Plus, it's not like Telepass where you only get one per turn.

I think Claydol right now is one of the most (if not the most) coveted card in existence.

But that aside all the previous answers are about correct, Except they forgot Roseanne's won't be as valuable soon, when the new Theme Decks are in all stores. =[

Yeah the new Milotic Theme Decks for Supreme Victors comes with 2 Roseanne's, sure it might not be as valuable but it'll become alot easier to get especially for people just getting into the game.

Claydol pretty much just pwns nubs into the ground with its power, especially since you can use it every turn! Must have in pretty much any deck.

It's quite fun, if you're the one using it. But otherwise it's frustrating. certainly a broken and expensive card.

I'm trying to get my hands on a Claydol, and to get back at Claydol users, I always powerspray them. It makes them so angry, especially when I do it 4 turns in a row.

Roseanne's only come in the Electivire SW (Maybe Magmortar), rarely in packs, and POP 8.

Claydol, well, it can let you draw into cards you need.

You could also get lucky and ended up trading for them with someone else who doesn't know of their true value.
For example, just this weekend I traded this card here for 3 of them. (Hey, if it happened to me, you could get lucky too.)

Or just look for people who are trading them period.
