Ruling Rotom Help

I just got all the Rotom cards from RR and I want to make a deck out of them for fun and I was wondering do all of them count as a plain Rotom. There's six kind of Rotom's (Heat, Wash, Fan, Frost, Mow, and Normal) but do they all count as the same? The have different names and the text isn't small to indicate a different form. Help pleaseee!

It doesn't have to be small enough. The name of the card is "Frost Rotom". You can have 4 of each kind of Rotom of the same name/form in your deck.
(Hey, you can have 4 Absol and 4 Absol G, right?)
