Rouge deck idea: Lanturn Prime/Eelektrik

So, i was flipping through my binder reading all the cards, and i saw that Lanturn Prime and Eelektrik could work together as a good rouge.
( these are my favorite pokemon too.) the strategy would be:
set up a lanturn and 2-3 Eels.
dynamotor to a attacker on the bench, then hit for 80-90 on the second turn.
(Powerful spark does 40+ 10 more damage for each energy attached to all your pokemon.) here's my list:

Pokemon-20
2 Thunderus EPO
3 Chinchou UD
3 Lanturn (Prime) UD
1 Zekrom EX
2 Tynamo NVI 38
2 Tynamo NVI 39
3 Eelektrik NVI
2 Mewtwo EX NXD
1 Shaymin UD

T/S/S-28
2 PONT
4 Junk Arm
2 N
2 Level Ball
4 Pokemon Collector
2 Professor Juniper
3 Sage's Training
1 PlusPower
2 Switch
3 Pokemon Catcher
2 Pokegear 3.0

Energy-13
4 DCE
9 Lighning Energy

I only Run 1 PlusPower, Beacause attaching/Dynamotoring an energy to a Pokemon is a PlusPower that Doesn't last only one turn.
Shaymin UD is For Moving Energy off a Damaged Lanturn.
I would run Big Cloak to make Lanturn Prime Tougher and to Counter Raikou/Eels, but it Doesn't come until Dragon (EXplosion?) in August.
Thundurus EPO is an ideal starter for any Eel-based deck.
Mewtwo EX is a must-tech in pretty much every deck but Durant.

Thanks for reading! would this deck be good at regionals? :)

Try adding like another attacker that also uses eelektrik like zekrom/zekrom EX. Zekrom EX can OHKO easier than lantern. Try
-1 rescue (good but really is not needed)
-1 chinchou (to make room)

+1 zekrom EX (attacking)
+1 drawing supporter (juniper, etc.) or junk arm (useful for reusing trainers and discarding)

Thanks. List updated.

I would max out catcher because you have a quick, but low damage output. Maybe you could cut a Switch. Zekrom BW would also be a decent tech.

Anyways, to stay on topic, you should add 2 more DCE to help as Mewtwo-EX and Lanturn Prime fuel. This could help you get some unexpected KOs and establish a faster sweep. Also, I'd reccomend taking out one Lightning energy. This way, you can stay at the same consistency level of Zekrom/Eelektrik/Mewtwo, while doing more damage overall.

Also, this deck honestly doesn't need any Super Rod. I tried it in Zekrom/Eelektrik, and it failed. Since this deck has a very similar list, Super Rod would probably not be the best option in here, either, since you'd KO all of your opponent's Pokemon before you would even need to play it.

Perhaps you should take out a PONT (This deck only needs 4 Refresh supporters) and add in a Pokemon Collector. This would guarentee your deck a great start, especially since you run so many basics.

-1 Lightning Energy (For DCE)
-1 Super Rod (Not needed - see above)
-1 PONT (To add in another collector, to guarantee yourself a good start)

+1 Pokemon Collector (This is needed so you get a great start - you run a lot of basics)
+2 DCE (Fuel for Lanturn Prime and Mewtwo-EX)
