RR box ratios...

Well, there are nine X's, and I think the average number of X's per box is 2, though I'm not sure. Do the math from there.
2-3 x's per box, 9 x's in all.
So assume you're uber lucky and get 3x's in each box, which in all actuality won't happen because I've gotten 3 boxes of rr and each only had 2x's.
Then it's 1 in 3 boxes will contain one. 33.33%
Assume you're really unlucky and get 2x's per box:
That's 4.5 boxes it would take you to get one. 22.22%
