Ruffian has just been revealed from SV9  Battle Partners! The set releases in Japan on January 24th, with most of the unreleased cards from this set expected to become part of the international set Journey Together, which releases in March. Thanks goes to Toine L. for translations!

it depends on how much decks play tools. Lost Vacuum will be rotated so this could be 1-of use in some decks

it's sad there is no other double energy for Klawf probably will be dead after DTE rotates

Then again Giacmo only deletes one special energy from all Pokémon that have an energy attached. This deletes all special energy from one. This is more effective in the instance of Lugia. You could delete all energy from the iron hands so it is useless and then prime catcher around it to get another knockout sealing the bench Pokemon. This also allows for the tool removal that cannot be discarded by eri

With vacuum rotating and no other tool removal trainer leaked, yes absolutely. Sparkling crystal, hero cape, counter gain, escape board, brave charm, many relevant targets.
